Return and Exchange policy
If any item received from GemsEnVogue.com does not meet your expectations, we're here to help! Mail or ship your return within 20 days from the date on your invoice for return or exchange.
We offer two return options. You may choose to either return your item for a full refund of the purchase price, back to your original method of payment; or, you may request an exchange. Please note any paid shipping fee is not refundable and will be deducted from the refund. Returned shipping and/or duties/ taxes incurred for orders outside of North America are not refundable. Please note that a $10 USD restocking fee will be deducted from your refund to cover processing and handling costs.

We will not accept packages with brokerage, duties or taxes fees.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Modified items are non-refundable, eg. stone changes, clasp changes, etc.
- Sized and custom plated jewelry may be subject to a return fee.
- Items purchased with a gift card will receive the refund on a gift card (if returned within 20 days from the date on your invoice) less the shipping costs.
- Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged except where prohibited by law.
- Gift with purchase items must be returned with original items, or a charge will be deducted from the refund for the retail value of the gift with purchase.
- All returns must be unworn, have no signs of wear or damage, in its original condition with tags attached (if any) and in its original packaging (box, polishing cloth, jewelry cleaner and pouch included).
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used. Refunds to credit cards may not appear on your billing statement for up to two billing cycles depending on your card provider.
Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
What if the price changes?
Gems en Vogue offers a price adjustment in the form of a gift card (to be applied to future purchases) within 7 days of the original purchase date. If the price adjustment affects the free shipping offer, a shipping charge will be added. If the price adjustment affects a "gift with purchase", the charge for the "gift with purchase" be applied or can be returned. Price adjustments are not available for items: on clearance, on a 1 day sale, doorbusters or purchased with a credit.
Listing Error Policy
All product pricing, availability, and descriptions on this website are subject to change at any time without notice. Although we make every effort to ensure the information is accurate and up-to-date, an occasional discrepancy may occur.
We reserve the right to correct any error or inaccuracy (including after an order has been submitted). We maintain the right to refund or cancel orders placed due to errors.

All written content noting pricing is in USD eg. 10% off when you spend $350 refers to $350 USD.
Coupon Codes
Only one coupon code can be used per purchase. Coupon codes cannot be used on sale items.
Shipping Policy
We ship worldwide Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser. Shipping is free for orders over $75 USD to the continental US. Shipping to Canada is free for orders over the currency conversion of $75 USD. Shipping to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska and Australia will be calculated at check out.
