Return and Exchange policy

If any item received from does not meet your expectations, we're here to help!   Mail or ship your return within 20 days from the date on your invoice for return or exchange.

We offer two return options. You may choose to either return your item for a full refund of the purchase price, back to your original method of payment; or, you may request an exchange for the same item.  Please note your original shipping fee (if the item was under $75) is not refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount. If your return creates an under $75 order, a shipping fee will be applied and deducted.  Returned shipping and duties/ taxes incurred for orders outside of North America are not refundable.

Please include with the return the following: 

  • Name on order form
  • Order number
  • Item number
  • Reason for the return 

We recommend shipping via United States Postal Service –First Class Package International Service® as it is the most economical.  We will not accept packages with brokerage, duties or taxes fees.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Modified items including stone changes, clasp changes, etc. are non-refundable.

  • Items purchased with a gift card received from a return, will receive the refund on a gift card (if returned within 20 days from the date on your invoice) less the shipping costs.
  • Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged except where prohibited by law

  • Gift with purchase items must be returned with original items, or a charge will be deducted from the refund for the retail value of the gift with purchase
  • All returns must be unworn, have no signs of wear or damage, in its original condition with tags attached (if any) and in its original packaging (box, polishing cloth, jewelry cleaner and pouch included) or a charge will be deducted from the refund for the retail value

When will I receive my refund?

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used. Refunds to credit cards are applied immediately upon processing, but may not appear on your billing statement for up to two billing cycles depending on your card provider.

Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

What about gift returns?
We offer a credit note for gift orders, and our 20-day return policy.  Please make sure the return guidelines are met in order for the credit to be applied. 

Original shipping fees, duties or taxes are non-refundable and will not be included in the credited amount.

What if the price changes?
Gems en Vogue offers a price adjustment in the form of a gift card (to be applied to future purchases) within 7 days of the original purchase date.  If the price adjustment affects the free shipping offer, a shipping charge will be added to the difference. If the price adjustment affects a "gift with purchase", the charge for the item will be applied or can be returned.  Price adjustments are not available for items: on clearance, on a 1 day sale, doorbusters or purchased with a credit.

All product pricing, availability, and descriptions on this website are subject to change at any time without notice. Although we make every effort to ensure the information is accurate and up-to-date, an occasional discrepancy may occur.

We reserve the right to correct any error or inaccuracy (including after an order has been submitted). We maintain the right to refund or cancel orders placed at the incorrect price. 

 Shipping Policy 

Shipping Worldwide!! Shipping is free for orders over $75 USD to the continental US.  Shipping to Canada is free for orders over $95 CAD (currency conversion of $75 USD).  Shipping to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska and Australia will be calculated at check out.
